Cancellation Policy

Before Order Dispatch

• You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
• To cancel, contact us immediately at info@galacticjo.com with your order number.
• If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After Order Dispatch

• Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may refuse the package at delivery or use the Return options in our Refund Policy.
• If you decide not to receive the order, you bear the delivery cost.

Custom / Pre-Order Items

• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
