Delivery Policy & Methods

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for delivery within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom orders may take longer; the estimated time will be communicated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery Fees

• Within Amman: 2.5 JOD
• Other governorates (outside Amman): 3 JOD

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. If your area is not covered, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Receiving Your Order

• Please inspect your package at delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, note it with the courier before signing.
• If you are unreachable, the courier may make multiple attempts. Uncollected orders may be returned to us; re-delivery fees may apply.
• If the customer decides not to receive the order, the customer bears the delivery cost.

Delays & Failed Delivery

• While we aim to meet the timeframes above, occasional delays (weather, courier volume) are possible. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed.
• Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal may be subject to return and re-delivery fees.

Damaged or Wrong Item in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@galacticjo.com. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any delivery charges.
